Jeremy Goodrum [aka The Pirate] is an automation junky and fanatic with over 15yrs development experience. He has worked in many facets of the industry designing X-as-a-Service including Software, Infrastructure, and Storage for major enterprise companies. Jeremy’s background in NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, and AWS allows him to build complete solutions leveraging best in breed technologies. Prior to starting Exosphere™ Data, he was a Cloud Automation Architect for NetApp and one of the pioneers of NetApp OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA). His code has been shared globally and established the standard for WFA automation packages which he branded as Pirate Packs. Jeremy is also excited to represent the NetApp A-Team as a customer and partner.
Jeremy enjoys learning new tech, writing awesome code, helping unlock new automation opportunities, and has spent the last year mastering CHEF. He specializes in holistic solution designs for public and private clouds. Jeremy lived for many years on a sailboat in the Bahamas and with a last name of Good-Rum … is it any wonder why he is known as the Pirate.
